First, plastic material classification:

1, PET: belongs to the environmental protection material, can directly contact with cosmetics, food, is the main material of filling organic skin care products, PET material is soft, the natural color is transparent.


2, PP, PE: belong to environmental protection materials, can directly contact with cosmetics, food, is the main material of filling organic skin care products, the material color is white, translucent. Depending on the molecular structure, it can reach three different degrees of softness and hardness.


3, AS: the hardness is not high, more brittle (when striking a crisp sound), transparent color, and the background color blue can be directly in contact with cosmetics, food, in ordinary emulsion bottles, vacuum bottles are generally the material of the bottle, but also can make a small volume of cream bottles. It is transparent.


4. PCTA and PETG are environmentally friendly materials, which can directly contact with cosmetics and food. They are the main materials for filling organic skin care products. The materials are soft and transparent. Not commonly used spray, multi-purpose printing.


5, acrylic: the material is hard, the transparency is high, and the background color is white. And acrylic in order to maintain the transparent texture often into the outer bottle spray.


6, ABS: belongs to engineering plastic, not environmentally friendly, high hardness, can not directly contact with cosmetics, food, in the cosmetic packaging materials are generally the outer cover, shoulder cover material. The color is yellowish or cream white.


Second, the type of packaging bottle:

1, vacuum bottle: lid, shoulder sleeve, vacuum pump, piston. Use with air pressure.


The pump head is generally a chicken beak or a duck beak flat head, the vacuum bottle tightness is high, the vacuum pump will move up with the reduction of the material, and the leakage will affect a certain aesthetic.

3, perfume bottle: mostly for the lid, spray head, bottle body, straw.


Large capacity is common for glass, because the storage time is longer. There's also an interior that's glass and an exterior that's aluminum. PP bottles are suitable for small capacity short-term storage.


4, cream bottle: there are outer cover, outer bottle, inner liner, gasket.


Acrylic double cream bottle: bottle body acrylic, cap, gasket PP. Acrylic transparency is higher, the price is expensive.


PP double cream bottle: bottle body, lid, PP material. Poor permeability suitable for color design.


PET single-layer bottle, PP, PE, PS and other materials. It can be combined with external anodized aluminum, lid anodized aluminum and other related materials.


5, blow molding bottle: the material is mostly PET material. The cover is divided into three kinds: screw cover, flip cover and Qianqiu cover. Blow molding is the direct blowing of the bottle embryo.


It is characterized by a convex point at the bottom of the bottle. It's brighter in the light.


6, blowing bottle: the material is mostly PP or PE. The lid is divided into three kinds: Qianqiu lid, clamshell lid and screw lid. Blow injection bottle is a process that combines blow injection and blow molding into one, and only one mold is required. It is characterized by a bonded thread at the bottom of the bottle.


7, aluminum-plastic hose: is the most PE material outside is aluminum packaging, commonly used process offset printing, screen printing, hot printing.


8, all plastic hose: commonly used PE, PP, PVC material, and first pull out the hose and then cut, commonly used process offset printing, screen printing, hot printing. Three, sprinkler, emulsion pump, hand washing pump

Fourth, coloring process

1, electrochemical aluminum: aluminum appearance, on a layer wrapped in the inner layer of plastic.


2, electroplating (UV) : compared with the spray picture, the effect is bright.


3, spraying: compared with electroplating, the color is dark and matte.


Frosting: A layer of frosted texture.


Spray outside the inner bottle: It is sprayed on the outside of the inner bottle. There is an obvious gap between the outside and the outer bottle. The area of the spray picture is small from the side.


Spray inside the outer bottle: It is sprayed on the inside of the outer bottle to look larger from the appearance. The vertical plane looks smaller. And there is no gap with the inner bottle.


4, drawing gold and silver: it is actually a film, careful observation can find the gap on the bottle body.


5, secondary oxidation: it is secondary oxidation in the original oxide layer, so as to achieve a smooth surface covered with dark matt surface pattern or dark matt surface smooth pattern. Mostly used for logo production.


6, injection color: is to add color powder in the raw material when the product is injected. The technology is relatively cheap. You can also add bead powder, or you can add too white powder to make the PET transparent color become opaque color (and add some color powder to adjust the color). The generation of water ripples is related to the amount of beads added.


Five, packaging material printing process

1. Screen printing: The effect after printing has an obvious concave and convex sense. Because it's a layer of ink. The regular bottle of silk screen printing (cylinder type) can be printed at one time. Other irregular lump fees. Color is also a one-time expense. And there are two kinds of self-drying ink and UV ink. Self-drying ink is easy to fall off for a long time and can be wiped off with alcohol. UV ink has obvious concave and convex feeling and is difficult to erase.


2, hot printing: is a thin layer of paper hot printing on the above. So there is no sense of concave and convex screen printing. And hot stamping is better not directly on the two materials PE and PP. It is necessary to heat transfer printing first and then hot stamping. Or there is a good hot stamping paper can also be directly hot printing. Aluminum plastic can not do hot stamping, full speed can do hot stamping.


3. Water transfer: It is an irregular printing process placed in water. The print is inconsistent. And it's more expensive.


4, heat transfer: heat transfer is mostly used for large quantities and complex printing products. A film attached to a surface. The price is too expensive.


5, offset printing: mostly used in aluminum-plastic hoses and all-plastic hoses. If it is a color hose to do white must use screen printing, offset printing will have the background color through. And sometimes a layer of bright film or subfilm is attached to the surface of the hose.
