1. Molding process

Product structure

Sealing is the basic function of the bottle cap. It is to set up a complete physical barrier to the location of the bottle mouth where there is a possibility of leakage (gas or liquid contents) or intrusion (air, water vapor or impurities in the external environment) to seal it. To achieve this, the lining must be flexible enough to fill any rough spot on the seal surface, while remaining rigid enough to prevent squeezing into the surface gap under seal pressure.
