 Basic appearance requirements

1, foreign body: shall not be mixed with dust, flying insects, hair and other debris

2. Appearance: No cracks, flash, burrs, stains, oil, scratches, scratches, double shadows, etc

3, short plastic/insufficient mold: the product is incomplete and seriously affects the overall appearance

4, container rupture: can not fill the contents, and has affected the function and overall appearance

Second, surface treatment and graphic printing requirements

1, coating: electroplating, spraying spot or linear outcropping, pitting, etc., should be within the limit

2, hot decoration/layout: must be consistent with the design seal, printed text or pattern double shadow, edge uneven or jagged, missing points, color points, etc., shall not affect the overall product appearance and hot decoration pattern and should be within the limit (color points shall not appear on the logo and near 0.5cm)

3, surface color difference: must meet the signing standard

4, text: must be missing text or pattern, the font is incomplete, the printing font appears broken pen, incomplete, it is not easy to distinguish the original font

5, ink pollution: the surface of the product adheres to 1mm2↑ ink (equivalent to different color points)

6, hot printing/printing adhesion: stick with 3M-810 tape for 1 minute at 45° ~ 90° Angle and tear it off quickly, without obvious falling off or exposing the bottom, the font should be clearly visible.

7, electroplating/spraying adhesion: Use a utility knife, in the electroplating/spraying part of the 4 ~ 6 square with a side length of about 0.2cm (scratch the electroplating/spraying coating can be), stick to the square with 3M-810 tape for 1 minute, at an Angle of 45° ~ 90° to tear quickly, shall not fall off.

Third, material and structure requirements

1, specification/size: meet the standard, and within the limit

2, material: shall not use inappropriate raw materials production assembly

3, gate: shall not appear, require standing will shake

4, screw: shall not appear slippage, affect the function and overall appearance

5, deformation: resulting in bottles and caps and other products can not be matched

6, gap: With the gap is not allowed to exceed the standard of more than 0.5mm

7, the position: the position exceeds the standard ±2mm

4. Functional requirements

1. The matching torque between the cap and the bottle: after the cap and the bottle are tightened, the opening torque tested by the torque meter should be between 0.2N.m and 0.7N.m., and the wire should not slip when continuing to tighten after tightening.

2, the removal force of the outer cover and the inner cover: the withdrawal force between the outer cover and the inner cover should be ≧ 4kg force (39.23 n).

3. Vacuum leak test: Fill the product with water and lay (or invert) on the absorbent white paper in the vacuum box. Vacuum for 15 minutes, the loss rate shall not be greater than 0.5%.

4, empty tank air pressure: the product body is ordinary material -0.06MPa, the product body contains volatile components: -0.08MPa.

5, fall test: filled with water 1m height fall, there is rupture, loose or abnormal function
