Analysis of common problems of emulsion pump:

1) The air pressure of the emulsion pump is high or no water is produced.

Reason analysis:

a. The hose length is too long or the bottle depth is too shallow, the hose inlet is blocked, the air pressure of the emulsion pump is too high, and the liquid cannot be discharged, b, the upper check valve of the emulsion pump or (the lower check valve is damaged or defective); c. The large wheel of the piston is damaged or defective.

2) It is difficult to rebound after the emulsion pump is pressed:

Reason analysis: a. The viscosity of the material liquid is too large, and the resetting resistance is greater than the spring elasticity. It is recommended to choose the high-viscosity material emulsion pump for the material liquid with high viscosity; B. The check valve under the emulsion pump is blocked or the channel section designed is small, the suction pipe is thin, the inner hole of the cylinder or the outer ring of the piston is insufficient.

3) Leakage from the emulsion pump and bottle mouth:

Reason analysis: a. The cap torque applied during filling is insufficient; b. Due to the small height of the bottle mouth, after tightening the mouth guard, the upper end of the bottle mouth can not contact the sealing pad of the emulsion pump.

4) After the liquid is pumped out by the emulsion, the bottle is deflated:

Reason analysis: a. the inner diameter of the bottle mouth is too small, close to the outer diameter of the cylinder, which is easy to block the balance porosity under the action of the material liquid; b, mold wear leads to unbalanced porosity blockage during cylinder forming; c. The neck gas channel design is small, it is too late to replenish gas into the bottle.

The surface decoration treatment of emulsion pump usually includes electroplating, aluminum electroforming cover, hot foil, silver burning, printing and so on.
