The main performance indicators of the emulsion pump head: pneumatic times, pump output, down pressure, pressure bucket opening torque, rebound speed, water index, etc.

A good emulsion pump head pays special attention in the following places:

1, the glass bead or steel ball under the spring, where the seal is very important. It is related to the upward force of the liquid in the spring chamber. If it leaks here, the liquid will leak into the bottle when the handle is pressed down, affecting the effect of the liquid injection.

2. Sealing strip on top of valve. If it leaks here, the bottom of the liquid pulling up force when the handle is loosened will be reduced, and the amount of liquid stored in the valve body will be small, which will also affect the injection effect.

3, the pressure bag and the valve core, if there is a relatively loose leakage, the liquid impact nozzle may have a certain resistance, the liquid will reverse flow, if the leak here, will also affect the spray effect.

4, the design of the nozzle, the design of the nozzle is directly related to the effect of spray. Therefore, the function of the ordinary pump head can also detect these four positions, and other shapes and matching problems are routinely detected.
