Second, the working principle of the emulsion pump head:
Press the handle by hand, the volume of the spring chamber decreases, the pressure rises, the liquid enters the nozzle chamber through the hole of the valve body, the liquid is sprayed out through the nozzle, at this time, after releasing the handle, the volume of the spring chamber increases, forming negative pressure, the ball opens under the action of negative pressure, the liquid in the bottle enters the spring chamber, at this time there is already a certain amount of liquid in the valve body, when pressing the handle again, The liquid stored in the valve body is ejected upward.
From the above working principle, the key to a good emulsion pump head is to pay special attention to the following aspects,
1, the glass or steel ball under the spring, the seal here is very important, and the force of the liquid in the spring chamber is related to the upward thrust, if it leaks from here, a part of the liquid will leak into the bottle when pressing the handle, thus affecting the spray effect of the liquid;
2. The sealing ring at the upper end of the emulsion pump valve body, if there is a leak here, the liquid pulling up force is reduced when the handle is removed, and the amount of liquid stored in the valve body is small, which also affects the spray effect.
3, the emulsion pump lever and the valve body clamp, if the clamp is loose here, there is a leak, the liquid will rise to the nozzle will have a certain resistance, resulting in liquid countercurrent, if the leak from here, will also affect the spray effect.
